I speak here as a customer, if you are a new user and you try to purchase a video or VIP membership, be prepared to receive "transaction declined" message, but guess what, the transaction was not declined by your bank, it's by manyvids itself. Apparently, this crappy company worried about credit card chargeback, their default setting is to decline all new customer transaction first, unless you contact them and open a ticket and go through all the hassles for days then they will allow you to purchase anything with your credit card... just imagine that! I feel sorry for the creators on their site, they are completely unware of how many business they have lost due to this "decline first" approach by manyvids.

Great plataform, the best. However, it would be very useful if they included Bitcoin and stable cryptocurrencies in their forms of payment, it is the fastest, cheapest and most efficient way to move money, they are the economy of the present and the future.

The site is a pleasure to use and, whenever I have a question, the support staff replies immediately with a clear and complete answer.

I've had trouble with my direct deposits from the alternate account I'd been using for MV to send my payouts to. When I experienced trouble for a 3rd time, without receiving any response in a timely manner why the company had not transferred my funds from themselves to my personal bank account,I knew I needed to change my destination location with MV directly. As it was close to the next payout date I was prepared for the possibility of needing to use my original set up one more time. I messaged Manyvids help late at night before getting into
bed. Typed out an email with the pertinent information and a request to send me what ever was needed for setting up my ACH deposit info for my future payouts. You must contact them for security reasons to change things which is understandable. I basically woke up 5 hours later to a returning response email letting me know that I could now enter the new information I wanted on MVs site with my bank information. Changes were instantly made and 48 hours later my payout from the 15th went out correctly to my personal bank. Which I happily received 2 days later. Having my earnings floating around in cyberspace was just not something I could do. I need my earned money as quickly as I can for necessary spending. The help desk eased my mind that I'd see something soon one way or the other as I know my bank is very reliable and quick once notified of incoming direct deposits. I'm very thankful for the MV staff's help. I was stressed and within about 6 hours my worries at least about future payouts was solved! Any past help needed has always been addressed and solved quickly too. I have nothing but good thoughts for their help desk!

I have had a great experience with the customer service team. The site has some issues, which can be frustrating, but the customer service team quickly works to address those issues and the site is being updated as well. Great customer service, friendly and professional staff, and fun promotions. Highly recommend!
